Watch out for misleading HD projection screen info!

High definition is a great think for projection. HD images make your movies look great on the big screen.
But, some people are mis using HD as a selling point for projection screens. They use the logo for projection screens, even though there are no HD projection screens.

Here’s an example I took from an Ebay seller (click to enlarge):

Watch out for misleading HD projection screen info!

Very misleading, because every projection screen can “display” an HD image, as long as that’s what the projector puts out. You can have fabrics that are more suitable for HD projection, but even that doesn’t make them “High Definition”.

So be careful what you buy. If you want to get a cheap screen from Ebay, that’s fine. But don’t buy it because you are misled into believing this has anything to do with HD.
